We are proud to offer our lifetime warranty on Rocky Patel lighters. If you feel that one of our lighters fails to live up to its intended purpose, simply email lighters@rockypatel.com with any questions you may have and we will happily assist you. If we are unable to resolve your issue please follow the steps below to receive a lighter replacement.

PLEASE NOTE:

There is a lifetime warranty on purchased Rocky Patel lighters caused by a manufacturing defect (excluding gratis event lighters).
Before shipping, please purge the lighter of all fluid.
Include return shipping address and phone number inside the box (no p.o. boxes, please).
Please allow up to 3-4 weeks turn-around time.
Replacement lighter will be of the closest to the current price value and color of lighters that we have in stock at that time.
